Andrew is a Co-Owner with deep roots in the industry, having installed his first roofs in high school. Although he spent time exploring other paths, he remained connected to the field before ultimately returning to it full-time—a decision he has never looked back on. He values the strong culture within the company and takes pride in the team’s commitment to quality. Andrew lives by the belief that people should treat others the way they wish to be treated. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors, including hunting, fishing, dirt biking, and camping.
Dan, Co-Owner, grew up immersed in the construction world, influenced by his father’s work as a builder. This lifelong exposure shaped his hands-on expertise and passion for the industry. He finds fulfillment in connecting with customers and guiding them to make informed decisions about their homes. Dan believes that true character is revealed not in mistakes, but in how one responds to them. A fun fact—he met his wife on Tinder, winning her over with a photo of himself holding a fish. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing, golfing, and spending time at the lake with his family.
