My experience with Heritage roofing was excellent. They did a complete tear down and reshingle in one day. Workers were fast and courteous. Chad, the site supervisor, was easy to talk to and kept me filled in on progress. They did a bangup job.

I recently had a horrible experience with a roofing contractor that charged me a ton of money to fix a leak on my roof, which did not fix the leak. When I tried to get ahold of them they did not return my calls. Very frustrated I had to reach out to another company to come fix.
I reached out to Dan Betke at Heritage and he came right out, Best move ever! He was AMAKING!!
The thing that is missing in the world to day is customer service but not with Dan. He cares and goes the extra mile for you with dealing with the insurance companies to make sure you get what you should with coverage, which can be very frustrating. I've even called him after hours and he is eager and willing to help make this easier on his customers. I can't say enough about him, he definitely could teach others on customer service, it's the little things in life. I HIGHLY recommend Heritage roofing (Dan Betke) to all my friends and family. Thank you Dan for making this experience so much easier on your customers!!

Local people, committed to doing the right thing, doing amazing work, and caring about the work they do and the people they do it for. The support for the repairs was excellent. I’m glad we did this work with heritage. The roofing panels were in terrible shape due to a previously poorly done job so that additional work got added to the to-do list but the team was able to complete 34 x 8 sheets of paneling in the same timeframe with the roof roofing great job.
