From the initial meeting where I had many questions & concerns to the completion of our beautiful new roof, they exceeded my expectations. And they worked with me with our budget and I am very grateful! Trevor Miller met with me & understood what I was dealing with involving such a large unexpected home repair. He was patient & worked very hard to offer solutions not just on our roof but other exterior home issues. I SO appreciate how he went the extra mile for us. When an unexpected issue came up a solution was found & the co-owners, Andrew & Dan came out to personally go over the solution with us. I knew the company had integrity & truly cared about customer satisfaction. Bryce was kind enough to come out & help me pick out the shingle color & make sure everything would look fabulous. Lastly Chad, our project manager & the installation crew were absolutely incredible. The crew worked tirelessly & I have never seen a more hard working, conscientious crew ! They were polite & respectful while working in sync at an astounding, thorough & excellent pace. They worked from early morning till dusk & were back early morning the next day to complete the job. I watched the process & they were very focused & detail oriented in their work. And Chad was there the entire time overseeing everything & answering all my questions. He really explaineded everything to me so I understood the process. He immediately let me know if anything even slightly unexpected came up & also worked tirelessly. He was a Master at overseeing the crew. I can't reccomend Heritage enough ! They are a wonderful local business with the qualities every homeowner wants. We are beyond grateful to the entire team. Filled out a late night roof estimate on Heritage Roofing website. Not expecting anything until the next day and sure enough Bryce responded back the same night. From that point, I had a good feeling with them. I had a horrible experience with a competitor and I was really leary on going with anyone because the list of issues I had with another competitor. They don't even deserve their name in this. Andrew came out a few days later, his knowledge, experience, and professionalism gave me the reassurance I needed to feel confident enough to know that not all contractors are bad, and he even apologized for things that they did. That's customer service!! I would recommend Heritage to anyone for home improvement needs. I can’t recommend Heritage Roofing & Exteriors enough! After a large branch fell on our roof causing damage, I called them for quotes and options to fix and or replace the roof. Dan answered at 5pm and was at our house the following day checking to see how extensive the damage was and to provide us a quote. He gave us quotes for everything, to replace the entire roof, fix the area that was damaged and a quote to do just the attached garage roof where the branch landed. Because of the multiple quotes and options provided we were able to make an informed decision that worked best for us. Also, they came out and patched the hole for us just because. They didn’t do it trying to gain our business, they did it because that’s the type of people they are. They checked in with us multiple times leading up to the day of service. The crew was incredible and respectful of our property. They did a fantastic job cleaning up and made sure they got all of the nails out of our driveway prior to leaving. 10/10 recommend Heritage Roofing & Exteriors. He was very patient knowing we were getting other estimates did not try to push at all. When the project started the project manager Chad was first on site and kept me very informed at the whole process and was open to any “silly” questions we had. The gutter crew was very great as well! The cost was very reasonably priced as well. They did a fantastic job with clean up as well.
