Chad was so easy to work with and accurate! The team arrived at 650am and started work at 7am and were done by 12:15! So quick, easy and pain free!! Would highly recommend. We just had our roof replaced by Heritage and couldn’t be happier. Andrew, one of the owners, came out early on when we thought we had a problem area that needed attention. Out of the five contractors we had quote the job, he was the only one who went up into the attic. He was honest about what we actually needed, didn’t try to oversell us on anything, and just gave us straight answers. That kind of honesty early on made the decision to go with Heritage easy. Day of the job, Chad the project manager was on site from 7am until they wrapped up, over 12 hours. He kept us in the loop throughout the day and that meant a lot. It was very nice to know someone is actually there managing the job from start to finish. Crew was hardworking, professional, and left the place clean. But honestly the biggest thing was just the people. Everyone we dealt with throughout this whole process was genuine, the kind of people who actually care about the work they do. That’s not something you can fake and it’s not something you always find. We’d recommend Heritage to anyone without hesitation. Great company. The owner Andrew really helped me out. Chad ran a great crew and kept me up to date during the whole process while i was at work. Highly recommend them!
